INGREDIENTES:

200 g  filé mignon sem cordão Fripai

 

MOLHA DA CARNE

1 colher de sopa de manteiga

1 colher de chá de cebola processada

1 colher de chá de alho processado

1 colher de sopa de mostarda dijon

1 dose de conhaque (para flambar)

150 ml de creme de leite fresco

1 colher de sopa de pimenta-do-reino verde

1 pitada de pimenta-do-reino preta

Salsinha fresca picada a gosto

 

MASSA

1 porção de bavette em torno de 50 g

 

MOLHO DA MASSA

1 colher de manteiga

½ colher de sopa de cebola processada

1 dose de conhaque (para flambar)

100 ml de creme de leite fresco

50 g de queijo gorgonzola ralado

1 pitada de pimenta-do-reino moída

2 colheres de parmesão ralado

Salsinha fresca picada a gosto

MODO DE PREPARO:

MOLHO DA CARNE:

Coloque na panela a cebola e o alho processados e espere dourar um pouco. Acrescente a mostarda dijon e mexa, para m seguida colocar o conhaque para flambar. Quando apagar a chama, despeje o creme de leite, misture e finalize com a pimenta-do-reino verde, a pimenta-do-reino moída e a salsinha. Reserve e despeje sobre a carne já preparada.

MOLHO PARA MASSA:

Coloque na panela a manteiga e a cebola processada e mexa até refogar um pouco. Em seguida, acrescente o conhaque para flambar. Quando apagar a chama, coloque o creme de leite, o queijo gorgonzola e espere derreter. Para finalizar, coloque o parmesão ralado, uma pitada de pimenta-do-reino e a salsinha fresca picadinha. Reserve e despeje a massa já cozida na panela.Misture suavemente e sirva.
